Abstract Plain Text:

The ALICE collaboration has measured the inclusive Upsilon(1S) production in Pb-Pb collisions at sqrt(s_NN)=2.76 TeV,
in the rapidity range 2.5 < y < 4 and down to zero transverse momentum. A suppression of the inclusive  Upsilon(1S) yield
is observed with respect to binary-scaled pp collisions. The nuclear modification factor, integrated over the 0%-90% most
central collisions is 0.438±0.065(stat)+0.096−0.081(syst). The observed suppression is more pronounced
in central collisions and shows a weak rapidity dependence when compared to mid-rapidity measurements.
The results are compared to model calculations.
